The Rain or Shine Elasto Painters are a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association owned by Asian Coatings Philippines, Inc. It debuted in the league in the 2006–07 PBA season after acquiring the franchise rights of the Shell Turbo Chargers in 2006, which disbanded after the 2004–05 PBA season.
From 1996 to 2006, the franchise played in the Philippine Basketball League, carrying the name Welcoat House Paints, Welcoat Paintmasters and the St. Benilde-Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, winning a total of six championships.
Filipínský basketbalový tým „Rain or Shine Elasto Painters“ je profesionální basketbalový tým se sídlem v Pasay City na Filipínách. Tým byl založen v roce 2006 a hraje v Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Rain or Shine Elasto Painters vyhráli tři šampionáty PBA: v letech 2012, 2016 a 2019. Jsou známí svým rychlým stylem hry a úspěchem v obraně. Hlavním trenérem týmu je Chris Gavina a domácí arénou je Araneta Coliseum.
