Wikipedia - Miramar Rangers AFC

Miramar Rangers AFC is an amateur New Zealand association football club in the Wellington suburb of Miramar. The club is one of the most successful in New Zealand having won the Chatham Cup four times and the National League title twice. Over the last decade the club has played in the Central League and has won the division seven times, most recently in 2020.

In 2004 it became one of the founding principal clubs of the Team Wellington franchise in the ASB Premiership.

Miramar Rangers je novozélandský fotbalový klub se sídlem ve městě Wellington. Klub byl založen v roce 1907 a v současnosti hraje v Central League, druhé nejvyšší novozélandské fotbalové soutěži. Miramar Rangers vyhráli Central League čtyřikrát, v letech 1991, 2000, 2003 a 2009. Klub také vyhrál Chatham Cup, novozélandský národní fotbalový pohár, čtyřikrát, v letech 1944, 1992, 2004 a 2010. Miramar Rangers jsou známí svou útočnou hrou a produktivními útočníky. Klub má také silnou tradici v mládežnickém rozvoji a vyprodukoval několik novozélandských reprezentantů.
