Campeonato Primera B (English: Chilean First B Division) is the second tier in the Chilean football league system, and is organized by the Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional. It was established in 1952 as Segunda División, and later renamed in 1996 to the current name. Since 1954, automatic promotion to and relegation from Campeonato Nacional has been granted, although Palestino and Rangers were promoted to the top flight in the first season.

Chile - Primera B je druhou úrovní chilského fotbalového ligového systému. Založena byla v roce 1952. Aktuálně v ní působí 16 týmů, které hrají dvoukolově každý s každým. Tři nejlepší týmy na konci sezóny postupují do Primera División, zatímco poslední tři týmy sestupují do Segunda División.

Největšími kluby v historii Primera B jsou Cobreloa, Santiago Wanderers a Everton. Mezi další významné kluby patří Unión San Felipe, Deportes Iquique a Deportes Antofagasta.

Chile - Primera B je považována za jednu z nejsilnějších druhých fotbalových lig v Jižní Americe. Je známá svou tvrdou soutěží a vášnivými fanoušky.
